How do I place an order?

How can I track my order?

Every Colour Me Pretty order has an individual tracking code sent to the recipient following order confirmation. Any delays in shipping or shipping updates will be posted on your tracking link.

What if I am not home when my parcel is scheduled to be delivered?

If no one is available to collect your parcel upon delivery, the courier will leave a parcel slip and make the parcel available for collection at the nearest post office, news agency or collection point.

Why is my order delayed?

How do I return a product from my order?

Get in touch with a member of our customer service team and include the following
information:
- Order ID
- Name of item/s being returned
- Reason for return
Please note, shipping costs will be reimbursed once return is successful.
