Had second thoughts? No worries. We accept returns on unused, unopened products in original packaging within 14 days of receiving your order. If your return is approved, you'll receive a refund to your original payment method (excluding shipping costs).
Please note:
- Items must be returned in resellable condition (unused, unopened and in original packaging)
- Return shipping is at the customer’s expense
- All change of mind returns must be unopened and unused for hygiene reasons

Received something damaged, incorrect or faulty? We’re so sorry! If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or isn’t what you ordered, please get in touch within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll sort it out ASAP. We may ask for a photo so we can investigate further.
Once confirmed, we’ll offer a replacement, refund or store credit, whatever suits you best.
