Item(s) purchased via colourmepretty.com.au are eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
- The product(s) are in a new, unused, and sealed condition
- The product(s) are within the 30-day exchange period
- The product(s) received were in a damaged/unusable condition
- The product(s) received were not safe for use
- The product(s) were recalled
- The product(s) were not purchased under a final sale condition
- Able to provide a valid proof of purchase (receipt, e-receipt, account history)
If product(s) damaged has been caused by misuse/mistreatment, accidental or abnormal use, entitlement to refund/exchange/store credit is subject to refusal.
Colour Me Pretty Cosmetics reserve the right to refuse claim if above conditions have not been met.
How to initiate a return
With an Account
You can easily initiate a return by logging into your account and selecting ‘Request Return’.
Once requested, a return label will be generated for the product(s) being sent back for a refund.
Without an Account
If you would like to return your product(s) without an account, please contact Customer Service via hello@colourmepretty.com.au to authorise your return.
Please include your order number and product(s) you wish to return within the email.
A return label will be generated for the product(s) being sent back for a refund.
All returns must be posted within 5 days of the original request.

If I receive a product as a gift, can I return it?
- The product(s) are in a new, unused, and sealed condition

How will I receive my store credit?
Store credits will be processed online via an e-credit note available for use on all online Colour Me Pretty Cosmetics orders.
Can I exchange final sale items?
Items purchased with a final sale discount are not eligible for an exchange/credit note. Items purchased with a final sale discount that meet the following conditions are eligible for a refund:
- The product(s) received were in a damaged/unusable condition
- The product(s) received were not safe for use
- The product(s) were recalled
Are return shipping costs included?
Shipping costs for all product(s) will be paid for by Colour Me Pretty Cosmetics. A prepaid shipping label will be generated and sent to email used to place order.
