Standard Australia Post: $5 on orders under $75.

Delivered within 2-8 business days.

Express Australia Post: $10 or FREE on orders above $75

Delivered within 1-4 business days.

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed no adjustments can be made. This includes increased quantities of items, change of mind or alternate shipping address.

Orders made before 12pm with Domestic Express Shipping are eligible for same day dispatch. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee next day delivery for orders. Orders made with standard shipping are not eligible for same day dispatch. International orders are not eligible for same day dispatch; however, we do endeavour to process and pack your orders as quick as possible so you can receive your Colour Me Pretty Cosmetics package very soon!

During peak periods such as public holidays, store wide sales and the day following, we are unable to guarantee same day dispatch.

All orders made through Colour Me Pretty Cosmetics will have a tracked shipping code emailed to the address given on the order. Tracking will take approximately 1-2 days to activate while we pack your goods. Tracking codes for orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be updated on the following weekday.

If you have not received your order or it has arrived damaged, please contact our customer service team via email at sales@colourmepretty.com.au with your order ID and we will assist you.
